Homeschool tutoring fees can be paid in three different ways: Monthly, by semester, or yearly
10 monthly installments

August payment of $325 is due on the 1st of August

All other monthly payments of $600 are due the 27th of each month (ex: September payment will be due on August 27th, October due on Sept. 27th, etc.)

Yearly Payment paid in full by August 1st - $6,000/year (does not include registration & curriculum fee).
The above yearly homeschool tutoring rate is based on a 10-month school year.
*All monthly payments are NON-REFUNDABLE (this includes, but is not limited to joining, dropping, or being dismissed from the class).

Registration Process
Step 1: Click "Schedule a Tour" below. Fill out the online Tour Questionnaire.

Step 2: Wait for an email response to schedule a meet-and-greet tour.
Step 3:
If your child is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete the registration form, submit the $100 non-refundable registration fee to secure your child's spot, and review and sign the Parent Handbook Agreement.
Within five days of acceptance, you'll also need to submit the signed Parent Handbook Agreement along with the $200 curriculum fee. Please note that we allow families a 48-hour processing period for payments.
Step 4: We'll help you handle the rest!
BWLP & WW selects homeschool attendees for admission to its educational homeschool program based on available space and a suitable fit for each child's needs.

$600 per month/($325 in August) approx. 96 hours per month =
$6.25 hourly rate
Pricing is set at the level needed to sustain our program. It supports two teachers in the classroom and provides the hands-on activities, projects, and materials that make our homeschool environment engaging and effective.
